General description
- Corning® 96 Well Solid Polystyrene Microplates made of opaque black polystyrene walls display minimal well to well crosstalk and background.
- Recommended working volume of 75 to 200 μL.
- Low background fluorescence/or luminescence and minimize light scattering.
- Not treated; medium binding; hydrophobic surface; enable biomolecules binding through passive interactions.
- Applicable for the immobilization antibodies with hydrophobic regions.
- Untreated microplates have a binding capacity of approximately 100 to 200ng IgG/cm².
- Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions.
