General description

  • Corning® 96 Well Solid Polystyrene Microplates made of opaque black polystyrene walls display minimal well to well crosstalk and background.
  • Recommended working volume of 75 to 200 μL.
  • Low background fluorescence/or luminescence and minimize light scattering.
  • Not treated; medium binding; hydrophobic surface; enable biomolecules binding through passive interactions.
  • Applicable for the immobilization antibodies with hydrophobic regions.
  • Untreated microplates have a binding capacity of approximately 100 to 200ng IgG/cm².
  • Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions.
