Corning® 384-well microplates are low volume, skirted, round bottom white polystyrene 384 well plates with non-treated surface.

Application

Corning® 384-well microplate, low volume is suitable for:

  • immobilizing large molecules with hydrophobic surface-interaction regions, such as antibodies.
  • in the development and optimization luminescence assay for detecting apyrase activity.
  • in single dose kinase profiling process.

  • White walls with low background luminescence and fluorescence, reduce crosstalk between wells and enhance luminescent signals
