General description
The Red Protease Detection Kit uses TAMRA-casein as a convenient fluorescent substrate for detection of proteases in various samples.
Fluorescence excitation wavelength = 535 nm

Application
Detection and quantitation of protease activity in samples. Useful for impurity testing.
Detection limit approximately 19 ng/ml, when using a 1 hour incubation with Trypsin as a standard.
