Application

Sodium 1-decanesulfonate has been used in a study to assess transportation of atrazine and paraquat through nanochannels. It has also been used in a study to investigate the photocycle of bacteriorhodopsin upon chemical modification with surfactants.
Ion-associating reagent for HPLC, including analyses of peptides and proteins.
