How to Find a Lot/Batch Number for COA
Lot and Batch Numbers can be found on a product's label following the words 'Lot' or 'Batch'.
For a lot number such as TO09019TO, enter it as 09019TO (without the first two letters 'TO').
For a lot number with a filling-code such as 05427ES-021, enter it as 05427ES (without the filling-code '-021').
For a lot number with a filling-code such as STBB0728K9, enter it as STBB0728 without the filling-code 'K9'.

Dexamethasone is practically insoluble in water. It is soluble in ethanol, methanol, acetone, dioxane and slightly soluble in chloroform.
The tissue culture grade product is dissolved in ethanol at a concentration of 1 mg/ml forming a clear, colorless solution. It is also possible to prepare a stock solution of dexamethasone in DMSO at 1.5 mM.

Dexamethasone solutions are stable for at least 30 days when stored at 4 °C and protected from light. The solution may be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C. However, insufficient information is available to assess the shelf-life of the frozen solution.
The cell lines on which this product is tested can vary from lot to lot. Some typically used cell lines are 3T3 fibroblasts, BHK, L929 and CHO.
The product has a 5 year shelf life.

Oxidative stress is mediated, in part, by reactive oxygen species produced by multiple cellular processes and controlled by cellular antioxidant mechanisms such as enzymatic scavengers or antioxidant modulators. Free radicals, such as reactive oxygen species, cause cellular damage via cellular.
