The Deoxynucleotide mix is a convenient premixed dNTP solution containing 25 mM each of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and TTP sodium salts in high-quality molecular biology grade water.
Application
Deoxynucleotide Mix, 25mM has been used as a component of the DNA amplification mixture for polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
