General description
Phosphoramidite technology is ideally suited for the modification ofsynthetic oligonucleotides with covalently attached reporter moieties,linkers, spacers or haptens. Application
Cyanine 3.5 Phosphoramidite is designated for incorporation internally within oligonucleotides during automated DNA synthesis. It has been used in Fluorescence Labeling and Imaging studies.
