Preparation Note
溶液随时可用。如果需要浓度较低的溶液，用无菌无钙DPBS稀释（D5773）。一些沉淀物在暴露于较冷的环境后可能会出现，但随着溶液变暖，这些沉淀物会消失。如果需要，溶液可以冷冻，但首先应等分，以避免重复冷冻/解冻循环。
