Application

Bis Tris HCl is a commonly used biological buffer for very broad usage in biological systems such as diagnostics, electrophoresis and protein based bioprocessing. The pKa of Bis Tris is 6.36, which makes it a good candidate for biological-based formulations.

Bis Tris HCl can be used in a wide variety of biological applications including culture media, electrophoresis separations and diagnostic reagent formulations.
