General description
Interleukin 17 receptor B (IL-17RB) belongs to the IL-17 receptor family. IL17RB, the receptor for interleukin 17 B (IL17B) is expressed at a high level in the liver, kidney, and other peripheral organs. It is also expressed in memory and effector T lymphocytes. IL17RB gene is located on human chromosome 3p21.1.

Biochem/physiol Actions
Interleukin 17 receptor B (IL-17RB) might be considered in thyroid cancer therapy as a potential therapeutic target. IL17RB exhibits much efficient binding avidity to interleukin 17 E (IL17E). IL-17RB is overexpressed in pancreatic, gastric, and prostate cancers.
Physical form
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

Inflammation is a critical component involved in tumor progression. Interleukin-17 (IL-17) belongs to a relatively new family of cytokines that has been associated with the progression of cancers. However, the role of IL-17B/IL-17RB (IL-17 receptor B) signaling to stemness of
