General description
Rac family small GTPase 3 (RAC3) gene is located on human chromosome 17q25.3. RAC3 is expressed in neurons of ganglia and the central nervous system.
Immunogen
RAC3 (NP_005043.1, 1 a.a. ~ 192 a.a) full-length human protein.

Biochem/physiol Actions
Rac family small GTPase 3 (RAC3) helps in intracellular signalling. RAC3 activity is regulated by breakpoint cluster region (Bcr). Rac3 is a potential therapeutic target for lung adenocarcinoma. Rac3 acts as a negative regulator of autophagy.
Physical form
Solution in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4
