This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Donkey Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Anti-Pepsin, Anti-Donkey IgG F(c) or Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.

Physical form

Supplied in 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) - Immunoglobulin and Protease free

Preparation Note

Reconstitute with 500 μ;L deionized water (or equivalent).
