General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
α-肽蛋白（AFP）可参与到胎儿和增生的成人肝细胞中脂肪酸的调节。在急性肝损伤中发现其表达有所提高，表明活跃的肝再生。AFP与脂肪肝疾病（FLD）相关，而这是一种可能导致肝硬化和肝细胞癌的疾病。它可作为HCC（肝细胞癌）的一种肿瘤标志物。
Physical form

Preparation Note
储存在–20°C。若需连续使用，可在2-8°C下储存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分装并冷冻。不建议反复冻融。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完，则应丢弃。
