General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
α-肽蛋白（AFP）可参与到胎儿和增生的成人肝细胞中脂肪酸的调节。在急性肝损伤中发现其表达有所提高，表明活跃的肝再生。AFP与脂肪肝疾病（FLD）相关，而这是一种可能导致肝硬化和肝细胞癌的疾病。它可作为HCC（肝细胞癌）的一种肿瘤标志物。

Preparation Note
