General description

Anti-GATA3 antibody detects endogenous levels of total GATA3 protein.
GATA-3 (GATA binding protein 3) is a T-cell transcription factor. It is highly expressed in fetal and adult thymus. It is located on human chromosome 10p14.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human GATA3.

Immunogen Range: 274-323

Physical form

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
