General description

The SLC24A6 (solute carrier family 8 member B1) gene is mapped to human chromosome 12q24.13. The gene codes for a K+-dependent Na+/Ca2+ exchanger. The encoded protein is ubiquitously expressed in all the tissues. It is localized to inner mitochondrial membrane.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human SLC24A6.

Immunogen Range: 494-543

Physical form

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
