General description
This product is a conjugate of activated magnetic cross-linked agarose beads to a polyclonal antibody that was raised against the c-Myc sequence. The c-Myc peptide tag sequence (EQKLISEEDL) is an epitope that is located within amino acid residues 410-419 of the human c-Myc protein. This tag is used in recombinant protein expression and for purification of c-Myc tagged proteins expressed in bacterial and mammalian cells.
