Biochem/physiol Actions

The peptide Ac-Leu-Glu-Thr-Asp-al, or Ac-LETD-CHO, is a known caspase inhibitor. Ac-LETD-CHO has been reported to exert inhibitory effects on caspase 8 and on caspase 9.
