VK3-OCH3 is an analog of Vitamin K3 (Menadione) with potent antitumor activity. It has been shown to induce G2/M arrest and apoptosis in neuroblastoma cells with much less cytotoxicity towards normal cells. VK3-OCH3 is believed to act through up-regulation of heme oxygenase (HO)-1.
VK3-OCH3 is an analog of Vitamin K3 with potent antitumor activity.
