SB-268262 is a selective non-peptide antagonist at the CGRP1 receptor. SB-268262 inhibits CGRP binding, and CGRP-mediated stimulation of adenylyl cyclase activity in human neuroblastoma cells with IC50 values of 240 and 830 nM, respectively.
