HU-308 is a potent, selective agonist of the cannabinoid receptor CB2. The Ki values for CB2 vs. CB1 are 22.7nM and >10 mM, respectively. HU-308 has anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties, and reduces liver damage in a hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury model.
