MS9715 is a potent and highly selective degrader (PROTAC) of NSD3 (Nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 3) that effectively depletes NSD3 and the associated cMyc oncogenic node. MS9715 comprised of NSD3 antagonist BI-9321 linked to an E3 ligase VHL ligand. It potently inhibits growth of NSD3-dependent hematological cancer cells.
