PY-60 is a potent and specific activator of the transcriptional coactivator Yes-associated protein 1 (YAP) signaling. It stimulates YAP-dependent expansion of epidermal keratinocytes in mouse. PY-60 binds directly to annexin A2 (ANXA2) causing its liberation and YAP activation.
