SA-15-P is a LAG-3 (CD223) inhibitor that blocks LAG-3 interactions with both major histocompatibility complex class II and fibrinogen-like protein 1 by cell-free (MHCII IC50 = 4.21 μM & FGL1 IC50 = 6.52 μM) and cell-based binding assays (IC50 ~15 μM against 150 ng/mL or 1.5 nM FGL1-hFc binding to stable LAG-3-expressing CHO-K1 cell line).
