CB-6644 is an orally active, non-ATP-competitive, potent and selective allosteric inhibitor against the RUVBL1/2 complex ATPase activity (IC50 = 15 nM; IC50 >100 μM against a panel of related AAA ATPases) with cancer killing potency in cultures (IC50 = 41-785 nM) and in xenograft myeloma models in vivo (150 mg/kg qd. or bid. via p.o.).
Orally active, potent and selective allosteric inhibitor against the RUVBL1/2 complex ATPase activity with cancer killing potency in cultures and in vivo.
