It appears that MB-10 targets Tim44 of the PAM complex. MitoBloCK-10 does not alter respiraton. MB-10 inhibits cardiac development and induces apoptosis in Zebrafish embryos. It inhibits bladder cancer cell growth in vitro and in vivo.
