Biochem/physiol Actions

AU-15330 is a highly-selective proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) degrader of both SWItch/SucroseNon-Fermentable (SWI/SNF) adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) subunits— SWI/SNF related matrix associated actin dependent regulator of chromatin subfamily A member 2 & 4 SMARCA2 (BRM)and SMARCA4 (BRG1) SWI/SNF ATPases. It potently inhibits tumor growth in xenograft models of prostate cancer. AU-15330 comprises a bait moiety that binds the bromodomain in SMARCA2 and SMARCA4 and a ligand moiety for the von Hippel–Lindau (VHL) ubiquitin ligase. It synergized with the androgen receptor antagonist enzalutamide.
