Human secreted OX40, also known as CD134, Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 4, and TNFRSF4, GenBank Accession No. NM_003327, a.a. 29-216 with C-terminal Avitag™ and Histag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is enzymatically biotinlabeled using Avitag™ technology. MW =23.6 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation. Biotinylation was confirmed to be >90%.
