Biochem/physiol Actions

The synthetic peptide (GRSRSRSRSRSRSRSR) contains serine/threonine protein kinase phosphorylation sites and is routinely evaluated as a substrate for CLK, EIF2AK and SRPK family kinases.

Preparation Note

Reconstitute in 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 solution to a final concentration of 1mg/mL.
Store diluted product in aliquots at --20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
