Useful for citrullination and Western blot.
Biochem/physiol Actions
The five full length recombinant PAD proteins (1, 2, 3, 4 and 6) expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using N-terminal GST tags. This mixture is ideally suited for in vitro citrullination of protein targets.
Preparation Note
Formulated in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 50mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione, 0.25 mM DTT, 0.1 mM PMSF, with 25% glycerol.
Store in aliquots at -70°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
