General description

CALXGLUK is a soft proprietary stabilization detergent. CALXGLUK is a non-ionic calixarene based detergent with three polar glucose groups and a heptyl chain.

Application

CALXGLUK is a calixarene detergent that can be used to

  • Solubilize membrane proteins as GPCR
  • Stabilize membrane proteins
  • Help deliver lipid detergent mixed micelles
  • Help deliver protein detergent micelles
