DDG is a soft proprietary detergent. DDG is a non-ionic amphiphilic detergent and surfactant with a di-glucose polar group and decyl chain.

Application

DDG is used for

Extraction of membrane proteins
Solubilize membrane proteins
Stabilization of membrane proteins
Creating lipid detergents
Creating mixed micelles
Creating protein detergent micelles
