Description

Application

TIQ-A has been used as a PAPR-1 inhibitor to study eosinophilic infiltration into the airways of OVA-challenged mice¹. It has also been used to study its role in the regression of atherosclerotic plaques in high-fat diet-fed ApoE(-/-) mice².

Biochem/physiol Actions

TIQ-A is a potent inhibitor of PARP, anti-apoptotic.

Preparation Note

TIQ-A is soluble in DMSO at 16 mg/ml.
