General description

Easily view contents when using these strong, transparent Nalgene®polysulfone tubes featuring enhanced resistance to acids and bases. Can be used up to 50,000 x g in refrigerated or non-refrigerated centrifuges.

Features and Benefits

  • Round bottoms to fit high speed rotors.
  • Transparent with straw-colored cast.
  • Comes with polypropylene linerless closures—easy to clean and provides leakproof† protection under normal conditions up to 10,000 x g.
  • When equipped with a Nalgene sealing cap (sold separately), 30mL and 50mL tubes can be spun up to 50,000 x g.
  • Can be used in refrigerated or non-refrigerated centrifuges.
  • Tubes must be filled to at least 80% capacity for proper performance.
  • Autoclavable/Leakproof† when used with supplied Nalgene closure.
