Application

SGE Gas Tight Syringes, Luer Lock was used:

for collection of estuary water sediment, in an experimental study done to assay the anammox reaction occurring in estuary sediments.
to sub-sample, ¹⁵N-N₂ and N₂O sample gas in head-space, during measurement of annamox and denitrification in intact sediment cores.
with combination of PCC, which is basically a cell homogenizer, during the isolation of mitochondria, in an experimental investigation done to study the progression of human diseases.
for the introduction of the sample in to the GASIS (gas sampling and injection system) inlet, during the compound-specific δD and δ¹³C gaseous mixture analysis by mass spectrometry.
