General description

For fast, effective purification of monoclonal and polyclonal IgG from ascites fluid, serum, or cell culture media, via syringe or pump. Sufficient materials for 20 purifications.

Application

MabTrap kits have been used in studies assessing physiological mechanisms of heart failure as well as to quantify des-Arg9-bradykinin.

For fast, effective purification of monoclonal and polyclonal IgG from ascites fluid, serum, or cell culture media, via syringe or pump. Sufficient materials for 20 purifications. Contents: 1mL HiTrap protein G column, 50mL 10X binding buffer concentrate (0.05% sodium azide preservative), 15mL 10X elution buffer concentrate (0.05% sodium azide), 25mL neutralizing buffer (0.05% sodium azide), luer adapter, domed nut, syringe, instructions.
