General description
SUPELCOSIL™ SAX1 HPLC Column is typically employed as an anion exchange column in chromatographic separations.
The SUPELCOSIL SAX1 column has a strongly basic quaternary aminopropyl phase and is used for separating anions.
Application
SUPELCOSIL™ SAX1 HPLC Column has been used for the separation of:
- Organoarsenic compounds in marine algae and in biological materials during their analysis using size-exclusion-anion-exchange (SE-AE) high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
- Organoarsenic compounds in edible algae during their analysis using bi-dimensional SE-AE-HPLC combined with dual ICP-MS and electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS).
- Polypeptides in biological matrices during their analysis using supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) coupled to MS detector.
