Application

Clodinafop-propargyl is a herbicide for annual grass weed control in a range of crops (cereals including wheat, triticale and rye). It has a low aqueous solubility, is not volatile and is not expected to leach to groundwater. Clodinafop-propargyl is approved for use as plant protection product under Reg. (EC) No 1107/2009 in the European Union. Maximum residue levels (MRLs) have been set for various products of plant and animal origin according to Reg. (EU) No 777/2013 for clodinafop and its S-isomers and their salts, expressed as clodinafop from 0.02 to 0.1 mg/kg. The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.
