Environmental
Quizalofop-ethyl is a herbicide for the post-emergence control of annual and perennial grass weeds in various field crops. As of Reg. (EC) No 1107/2009 is not approved as a plant protection product in the European Union (EU). Maximum residue levels (MRLs) have been set according to SANTE/10090/2022 for quizalofop-ethyl (sum of quizalofop, its salts, its esters including propaquizafop and its conjugates, expressed as quizalofop (any ratio of constituent isomers) for various products of plants and animal origin in the range of 0.01 - 2 mg/kg. The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.
