Quinmerac is a residual herbicide used to contol broad-leaved weeds on a range of crops including cereals and beets. As per the regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 it is approved in the European Union as plant protection product. Maximum residuel levels (MRLs) have been set according Reg. (EU) 2022/1321 for quinmerac (sum of quinmerac and its metabolites BH 518-2 and BH 518-4 expressed as quinmerac) for various products of plant and animal origin from 0.02 to 0.15 mg/kg. The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.

General description

This certified reference material (CRM) is produced and certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17034. This CRM is traceable to primary material from an NMI, e.g. NIST or NMIJ.Certified content by quantitative NMR incl. uncertainty and expiry date are given on the certificate.
