Application

Imazaquin is used as a pre- and post-emergence herbicide particularly for the control of grasses and broad-leaved weeds. It is not approved for use in the European Union as a plant protection product. Maximum residue levels (MRLs) have been set according to Reg. (EC) No 149/2008 for product of plant and animal origin of 0.05 mg/kg . The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.
