Environmental

Imazethapyr is a herbicide used to control a variety of broad-leaved weeds and grasses in numerous crops such as soybeans, peanuts, benas and peas. As per the regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 it is not approved in the European Union as plant protection product. A default maximum residuel level (MRL) of 0.01 mg/kg has been set according to Art 18(1)(b) Reg 396/2005. The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.
