General description

The non-porous poly(styrene divinylbenzene) particles in Antibodix columns are shielded by a hydrophilic polymer layer that contains a network of weak (WCX) cation exchange groups. Antibodix columns are designed for the reproducible analysis of charge variants of monoclonal antibodies by salt or pH gradient.
