General description

一种通用的微载体,适用于大多数已建立的锚着依存性细胞系。

锚着依存性细胞的高产培养:微载体培养是一种有望实现锚着依存性细胞高产培养的实用技术。Cytodex专为培养从几毫升到6000升以上的各种动物细胞而开发的。在简单的悬浮培养系统中使用Cytodex可提供每mL数百万个细胞的产量。

适用于大多数已建立的细胞系:由分布在整个基质中的带正电荷DEAE*基团取代交联右旋糖酐基质而形成,是一种通用微载体。特别适用于大多数已建立的细胞系,以及从原代细胞和正常二倍体细胞株培养物中生产病毒或细胞产物。

Application

用于一般微载体培养。
