一般描述
IgG 抗体在补体激活、吞噬作用、胎盘转运和细胞表面受体结合等体液免疫应答中起关键作用。荧光染料染料缀合物FITC（异硫氰酸荧光素）可用于对细胞或组织等生物结构的抗原-抗体相互作用进行定位。用洗涤缓冲液以1:100稀释的抗人IgG（全分子）-FITC抗体可用于流式细胞术，以分析抗体亲和力和病毒结合。该抗体也可用于间接免疫荧光抗体试验。FITC标记的抗人IgG抗体与人特异性反应。
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG通过胎盘传递至胎儿，对新生儿的感染免疫防御能力至关重要。抗人IgG（全分子）-FITC抗体对人IgG具有特异性。兔抗人IgG在碱性反应中与结晶异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）缀合，然后进一步纯化去除游离的FITC。

抗人IgG（全分子）-FITC抗体可在间接免疫荧光法中用作二抗，也可用于流式细胞术 。
该抗体可以1:64的工作稀释度用于人外周血淋巴细胞免疫荧光染色。在丙酮固定的小鼠肝细胞和抗核抗体阳性血清上用作第一抗体时，最少使用1:64的工作稀释度。在对NIH3T3细胞进行标记的流式细胞术中，抗体以1:100的工作稀释度使用。该抗体也用于人血清ELISA。
