General description

免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。它由γ恒定 (C) 区的重链组成。IgG的单体150kDa结构构成两条相同的重链和两条相同的轻链，分子量分别为50kDa和25kDa。该抗体的一级结构还包含连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链，并位于链内的二硫键。IgG 可进一步分为四种亚型，即IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4，而这四种亚型所含的不同重链分别称为 γ1、 γ2、 γ3 和 γ4。使用木瓜蛋白酶的有限消化将抗体切割成三个片段，其中两个片段相同，并具有抗原结合活性。它们称为抗原结合片段（ fragment antigen binding，Fab）。这些片段包含与重链的 VH 和 CH1 结构域配对的轻链。

Physical form

溶于 0.01 M 磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH 8) 中，含有 1% 灭活牛血清白蛋白和 15 mM 叠氮化钠。

Preparation Note

需要连续使用时，可在2-8ºC下储存至多一个月。对于更长期的储存，溶液可以冷冻成工作等分试样。不建议重复冷冻和解冻。不建议储存在“无霜”冰箱中。如果长期储存时出现轻微混浊，使用前通过离心澄清。
