General description
免疫球蛋白G(IgG)是一种糖蛋白抗体,可调节免疫反应(如吞噬作用),也可影响自身免疫疾病的进程。小鼠IgG具有四种不同的同种型,即IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。IgG1可调节小鼠的补体结合。抗-小鼠IgG(全分子)-金抗体对小鼠IgG具有特异性。
小鼠 IgG 是由其重链定义的血浆 B 细胞来源抗体同种型。IgG 是在小鼠血清中发现的含量最高的抗体同种型。IgG 穿过胎盘屏障,是一种补体激活剂,与吞噬细胞上的 Fc 受体结合。IgG 级别可随疾病状态感染状态而变化。
