General description
This iFluor® 350-streptavidin conjugate comprises streptavidin (the biotin-binding protein) with iFluor® 350 covalently attached (as the fluorescent label). It is commonly used as a second-step reagent for indirect immunofluorescent staining in conjunction with biotinylated primary antibodies. iFluor® 350-streptavidin conjugate has fluorescence excitation and emission maxima of ~345 nm and ~450 nm respectively.
