General description
AAT Bioquest's iFluor® dyes are optimized for labeling proteins, particularly antibodies. Under the same conditions we tested, iFluor® 568-labeled anti-IgG and streptavidin conjugates are brighter and more photostable than the corresponding Alexa Fluo® 568 conjugates. iFluor® 568 SE is reasonably stable and shows good reactivity and selectivity with protein amino groups.
