General description
乙酰溴可有效地介导交叉共轭的戊二烯酮发生 Nazarov 环化反应，生成 (±)-甲基罗卡酯 。在用乙酰溴方法快速微量测定 拟南芥 中木质素含量时，加入它溶解 拟南芥 木质素。
Application
乙酰溴可用于：
- 定量测定拟南芥细胞壁残留中的木质素。
- 全合成奎尼丁和奎宁两种金鸡纳生物碱。
- 在ZnBr2/SiO2存在下与脂芳烃和各种芳香醛反应制备9,10-二芳基蒽和三芳基甲烷。
- 从游离糖或其过氧乙酸酯制备溴代糖。
